Your Marriage, Our Responsibility
You prepare the required documents. We take care of the arrangements.
Marriage Assistance PH provides professionally managed marriage assistance, wedding organisation and post-marriage documentation coordination services in the Philippines.
Contact our teamOperated by Nexus Solutions Global Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales, we help couples organise their marriage arrangements with the support of a professional team and established local working relationships.
Our service is designed for couples who want a straightforward, carefully managed experience rather than the responsibility of coordinating every stage themselves.
Whether you are a Filipino couple, a Filipino citizen marrying a foreign national, or an international couple planning to marry in the Philippines, we help you understand what is required and manage the arrangements included in your chosen service.
Our approach is simple: you provide the necessary initial documents, attend and sign where legally required, and our team manages the agreed arrangements around you.
OUR APPROACH
We Manage the Process, Not Just the Wedding Day
Getting married involves more than arranging a ceremony.
Couples may need to prepare documents, satisfy marriage requirements, coordinate with an authorised solemnising officer and make arrangements for official records after the wedding.
For couples travelling from abroad, unfamiliar local procedures can make the experience more demanding.
Marriage Assistance PH brings these responsibilities together through an organised service.
We provide the required document list, coordinate the wedding date, supervise the ceremony arrangements, manage post-marriage document coordination and arrange delivery of the agreed completed documents.
We also explain the next steps that may be required with your embassy or consulate.
You focus on getting married. We focus on everything we have agreed to organise for you.

CLEAR RESPONSIBILITIES, CAREFULLY MANAGED
How We Work
1. We Tell You Which Documents to Prepare
We begin by understanding your circumstances, including your nationality, marital history and intended marriage arrangements.
Based on the information you provide, we give you a list of the initial documents required for your preparation.
You are responsible for obtaining and preparing these documents, while our team explains the requested information and helps you understand the relevant preparation steps.
If a document or requirement needs to be confirmed by a competent authority, we identify that requirement before progressing with the relevant arrangements.
2. We Arrange Your Wedding Date
Once the necessary preparation and applicable legal requirements have been addressed, our team coordinates the intended wedding date with an appropriately authorised solemnising officer.
We handle the agreed scheduling and communication arrangements, keeping you informed of the date, location and attendance requirements.
The appointment remains subject to the relevant legal conditions, required permissions and the availability of the authorised officer.
3. We Organise and Oversee Your Wedding
This is a central part of our service.
Our team manages the wedding organisation within the scope of your selected package, coordinating the necessary arrangements and overseeing the event.
Depending on the agreed service, this may include the ceremony location, relevant participants, suppliers, guest arrangements, transport, reception requirements and other confirmed elements.
On the wedding day, we supervise the organisation so you can concentrate on the occasion.
Your marriage is legally solemnised by the authorised officer. Our responsibility is to organise and manage the event.
You attend, give your consent and sign where the law requires. We coordinate the wedding arrangements.
4. We Manage Your Post-Marriage Documentation
Our work continues after the ceremony.
We coordinate the agreed post-marriage documentation process, including communication, follow-up, preparation for document requests and collection arrangements where applicable.
Where documents must be registered or issued by a Local Civil Registrar, the Philippine Statistics Authority or another competent authority, those official functions remain with the relevant institution.
Our team manages the coordination on your behalf within the agreed service scope, reducing the need for you to follow up on each administrative stage independently.
5. We Deliver Your Completed Documents
When the agreed documents have been issued and are ready for delivery, we arrange their handover to you.
We explain which documents have been provided and advise you of any outstanding matters that require further action.
The documents available and their timing depend on the selected service and the procedures of the issuing authorities.
Our objective is to complete our agreed work with a clear, organised handover.
6. We Explain Your Embassy or Consular Next Steps
After marrying in the Philippines, you may need to complete additional procedures with an embassy, consulate or authority in another country.
These requirements depend on your nationality, residence and individual circumstances.
We explain the relevant next steps and direct you towards official guidance.
Where an embassy or consulate requires your personal attendance, signature, declaration or direct application, you remain responsible for completing that requirement.

OUR TEAM AND LOCAL KNOWLEDGE
A Professional Team With Local Knowledge
Marriage Assistance PH works with a professional team focused on marriage preparation, event organisation and documentation coordination in the Philippines.
Our approach combines direct client communication with practical local arrangements.
We maintain working relationships and professional contacts with relevant organisations, institutions and service providers in the Philippines. These connections support enquiries, scheduling and the coordination of services within our agreed responsibilities.
We understand that couples want more than general advice. They want someone to take responsibility for organising the work, keeping the arrangements on track and explaining what happens next.
That is the service experience we aim to provide.
Our professional contacts do not represent government endorsement or provide control over official decisions.
PRACTICAL SUPPORT
Why Couples Choose a Managed Marriage Service
Organising a marriage independently can mean contacting several parties, managing appointments, following up on records and keeping track of arrangements that must happen in the correct order.
Our service is designed to reduce that practical burden.
Instead of having to manage every part of the process yourself, you have a team coordinating the work included in your chosen service.
We explain what we need from you, manage the agreed preparations and remain involved through the wedding and subsequent documentation stages.
The result is a more structured experience, with clear responsibilities and a consistent point of contact.
Prepare your documents. Be present for the steps that require you. Let us handle the agreed organisation and coordination.

CLIENT QUESTIONS
Questions to settle before making arrangements
What should we clarify before choosing a service package?
Clarify which arrangements, supplier costs, document requests, follow-up work and delivery arrangements are included, and which remain your responsibility. Ask which costs may be additional and which appointments require your attendance. A package name alone does not explain the full scope.
Use our service packages and inclusions as a starting point, then make sure the arrangements for your circumstances are recorded in your agreement. Official processing times and third-party availability should be distinguished from work our team undertakes to coordinate.
Should we book flights or a venue before our wedding date is confirmed?
Discuss your intended dates with us before making non-refundable commitments. Your nationalities, previous marriages, document readiness and any appointments that require your presence can affect the plan. A preferred date is not a confirmed appointment; the applicable requirements and the authorised officer’s availability still need to be addressed.
Our guide to planning your wedding from abroad explains the travel considerations. Read the marriage requirements alongside it, and check booking and cancellation terms directly with each travel or venue provider.
If your team manages the arrangements, which steps must we still complete personally?
You remain responsible for obtaining and preparing the initial documents and attending or signing wherever required. For the marriage ceremony, the Philippine Family Code requires the couple’s personal appearance and declaration before the solemnising officer. Our coordination service does not replace that participation.
Other applications, declarations or consular procedures may also require your involvement. Confirm the instructions with the receiving authority rather than assuming a representative can complete every step. Our civil marriage guide explains the ceremony and the distinction between the officer’s role and the arrangements we coordinate.
What if our official marriage documents are not ready before we leave the Philippines?
Agree in advance which documents are included, who will request or collect them, whether an authorisation is needed and how handover or delivery can be arranged. An issuing authority’s processing schedule may extend beyond your stay, so a departure date should not be treated as a document release deadline.
Our role is to coordinate the agreed requests, follow-up and delivery arrangements; official registration and issuance remain with the relevant institutions. The post-wedding document guidance explains the records and checks to consider. If you need a document for an overseas procedure, also confirm that authority’s format and authentication requirements.
What should we do if our documents, guest numbers or wedding plans change after we agree the service?
Tell our team as soon as the change becomes apparent, before making further bookings or payments. Ask for confirmation of any effect on the service scope, supplier availability, costs, appointments and document coordination. Do not assume that an amended plan can keep the original date or price.
Our ceremony and reception planning guide can help you identify the practical details affected. Contact our Philippines team to discuss your circumstances and establish which arrangements need to be reviewed and recorded in your agreement.
