Important Information About Our Professional Services
Marriage Assistance PH provides professionally managed marriage assistance, wedding organisation, preparation guidance and marriage documentation coordination services in the Philippines.
Our role is to help clients prepare for their intended marriage, organise the arrangements included in their selected package and coordinate the relevant administrative processes.
It also distinguishes general website guidance from the binding commitments we make to clients under accepted bookings.
We aim to protect the legitimate commercial interests of Nexus Solutions Global Ltd. while respecting the contractual promises and statutory rights that the law requires us to honour.
Nothing in this Disclaimer removes or weakens our express service guarantees or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
This document should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and the contractual documents applicable to each booking.

References to “we”, “us”, “our” or “Marriage Assistance PH” mean Nexus Solutions Global Ltd. operating under the Marriage Assistance PH brand.
1.2 Our Professional Role
We provide commercial marriage consultancy, wedding organisation, administrative preparation, document coordination and related contracted services.
We are not a Philippine government department, Local Civil Registrar, Philippine Statistics Authority office, embassy, consulate, court or public institution.
1.3 No Government Endorsement
References to government authorities, official documents and statutory procedures are provided to explain the services and processes relevant to marriage arrangements.
They do not imply that Marriage Assistance PH is an official government representative or has been endorsed by any public authority.
1.4 Our Responsibility for Contracted Services
Our coordination role includes organising, managing and overseeing the services we have agreed to provide.
It does not reduce responsibility for those services or any organiser obligations imposed by applicable law.
2. Nature and Scope of Our Services
2.1 Professional Marriage Assistance
Depending on the purchased package, our services may include:
- Assessing the client's marriage circumstances.
- Reviewing documents supplied for the contracted service.
- Providing initial document requirements and preparation guidance.
- Coordinating wedding dates and arrangements.
- Liaising with appropriately authorised solemnising officers.
- Organising and supervising agreed ceremony arrangements.
- Coordinating relevant venues and suppliers.
- Following up on lawful civil registration processes.
- Coordinating covered post-marriage documents.
- Arranging agreed document delivery.
The precise services purchased are identified in the accepted Service Package and Booking Confirmation.
2.2 Fully Managed Coordination
Our service model involves actively organising and managing the arrangements included in the purchased package.
We are not merely introducing clients to unrelated service providers.
Our contractual responsibilities are determined by the actual services we agree to supply and any mandatory legal obligations.
2.3 Package Boundaries
Different packages may include different arrangements, suppliers, accommodation, travel benefits or supporting services.
A service advertised as part of another package is not automatically included in a client's purchased package.
However, any information that becomes binding under applicable consumer law remains enforceable.
2.4 Additional Services
Services outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation or a valid contractual variation.
Where an additional charge requires consent, the relevant amount or calculation method will be explained and agreed before the charge is incurred.
We are not automatically obliged to provide an unpurchased optional service without a lawful agreement.
2.5 Professional Standard
Services undertaken by Marriage Assistance PH must be performed with reasonable care and skill, as required by applicable law.
Nothing in this Disclaimer reduces that obligation.
3. General Website Information
3.1 Purpose of Published Guidance
Website articles, general explanations and educational materials are intended to help visitors understand marriage requirements, wedding arrangements and relevant official processes.
Unless specifically incorporated into a binding contract, general guidance is not an individual determination of a person's legal eligibility to marry.
3.2 Different Personal Circumstances
Requirements can vary according to nationality, age, residence, previous marital history, documentary status and other relevant circumstances.
Information useful to one couple may not address every issue affecting another.
3.3 Changes in Procedures
Official requirements, administrative practices, document formats and fees can change.
We may update general website content to reflect the information reasonably available to us.
Clients should consider the requirements communicated for their particular booking and, where necessary, the current instructions issued by the competent authority.
3.4 Accuracy and Corrections
We aim to provide responsible and accurate general information.
If a material error is identified, we may correct or update the relevant information.
This does not give us an unrestricted right to alter previously binding service commitments.
3.5 Binding Information Remains Binding
Information about our services, packages or business may be legally binding where applicable consumer law provides.
Nothing in this Disclaimer permits us to disregard a binding service description, contractual representation or express guarantee.
4. Legal Advice, Immigration and Regulated Activities
4.1 Nature of Our Guidance
Our document reviews and preparation guidance concern the administrative requirements and contracted services we have agreed to coordinate.
We are not a law firm and do not represent that general marriage preparation guidance constitutes an individual legal opinion.
4.2 Matters Requiring Professional Legal Advice
Questions requiring a legal opinion, legal representation or regulated professional advice must be handled by an appropriately qualified and authorised professional.
These may include:
- Disputed marital status.
- Complex foreign divorce recognition.
- Annulment or nullity proceedings.
- Court applications.
- Complex legal-capacity disputes.
- Regulated immigration advice or representation.
The actual nature of the activity determines whether specialist authorisation is required. Describing an activity as consultancy does not remove a legal authorisation requirement.
4.3 Immigration, Visas and Citizenship
We do not guarantee visa, immigration, residency or citizenship decisions.
These decisions are made by the competent authorities.
Any separately agreed administrative assistance is limited to its stated scope and does not give Marriage Assistance PH control over an authority's decision.
A marriage service booking does not automatically confer immigration status, permission to enter another country or a right of residence.
4.4 Unauthorised Professional Activities
We will not knowingly undertake regulated legal, immigration or other professional activities where the necessary legal authorisation is required and has not been established.
Where specialist assistance is necessary, the client may need to obtain independent advice from an appropriately authorised provider.
4.5 Responsibilities We Have Accepted
The distinction between administrative guidance and legal representation does not remove our responsibility to perform the document review, preparation guidance or other services actually included in a client's booking with reasonable care and skill.
5. Philippine Marriage Law and Eligibility
5.1 Applicable Law
Marriages solemnised in the Philippines must comply with applicable Philippine marriage legislation.
Relevant requirements may concern legal capacity, marriage licences, statutory exemptions, personal consent, authorised solemnisation and civil registration.
5.2 Marriage Licence Requirements
Where a marriage licence is legally required, the relevant statutory process must be followed.
The ordinary procedure includes a notice posted by the Local Civil Registrar for ten consecutive days, subject to the applicable legislation.
Certain circumstances can involve additional requirements or waiting periods.
Marriage Assistance PH cannot lawfully waive a statutory requirement simply because a client has purchased a service package.
5.3 Personal Participation
Where required by law, the couple must personally attend, consent, make declarations and sign documents.
A private consultancy cannot provide legally required personal consent on behalf of either party.
5.4 Authorised Solemnising Officers
A marriage must be solemnised by a person lawfully authorised to perform the relevant ceremony.
Our role includes arranging and coordinating the agreed service, not independently conferring statutory authority upon a solemnising officer.
5.5 Previous Marriages
Where a previous marriage affects legal capacity or documentary requirements, the relevant legal position must be properly addressed.
Marriage Assistance PH does not itself annul marriages, recognise foreign judgments on behalf of a court or determine disputed legal status.
5.6 Booking Assessment
Before accepting a binding booking, the relevant marriage circumstances and our ability to perform the advertised commitments should be assessed.
This assessment must take account of the actual legal process and the services promised.
It does not create a retrospective exception to an already binding guarantee.
6. Client Documents, Information and Cooperation
6.1 Accurate Information
Clients are responsible for supplying truthful, accurate and sufficiently complete information relevant to their booking.
This may include identity, citizenship, age, marital status, residence and legally relevant circumstances.
6.2 Genuine Documents
Clients must provide genuine documents and must not knowingly submit forged, unlawfully altered or fraudulently obtained records.
Where reasonably necessary, we may request clarification, correction or appropriate verification.
6.3 Initial Documents
Clients are responsible for obtaining and preparing the initial documents identified in the relevant requirements guidance.
This responsibility does not remove our duty to perform any contracted document review or preparation guidance with reasonable care and skill.
6.4 Mandatory Personal Actions
Clients must complete the appointments, appearances, declarations, signatures and other personal acts required by law.
Our organisation and coordination services do not replace these obligations.
6.5 Serious Breach or Fraudulent Conduct
Where a client provides fraudulent documents, deliberately conceals material information, requests unlawful conduct or commits a serious contractual breach, we may take lawful and proportionate protective measures.
Where appropriate, we will explain the breach and give a reasonable opportunity to remedy it before suspending or terminating affected services.
We are not required to perform an unlawful act or continue a service in circumstances where doing so would itself be unlawful.
6.6 Recoverable Losses
Where a client's legally actionable breach causes genuine loss, we may pursue compensation or another remedy available under the applicable contract and law.
Any claim must be based on the actual breach, relevant causation and legally recoverable loss.
We will not impose an automatic unlimited indemnity or arbitrary financial penalty.
6.7 Refunds Following a Client Breach
Any fees, losses or refunds following suspension or termination will be assessed under the applicable contractual and statutory rules.
A serious client breach does not automatically justify retaining every advance payment without a lawful calculation.
6.8 No Automatic Guarantee Suspension
Client difficulties, missing information, delayed payments or suspension of affected work do not automatically stop or extend our contractual guarantee periods.
Any variation requires a valid legal and contractual basis.
7. Universal Marriage and Documentation Guarantees
7.1 Guarantees for Every Package
Marriage Assistance PH provides the following contractual guarantees across every service package, including Basic and High End.
Marriage Ceremony Guarantee
The marriage ceremony will take place within 15 calendar days from the Service Commencement Date.
Marriage Documentation Guarantee
The Covered Documentation will be completed within 25 working days from the same Service Commencement Date.
These guarantees are not restricted to premium packages.
7.2 Service Commencement Date
The Service Commencement Date is the date on which we first perform an actual contracted service activity under an accepted booking.
This may be contracted case assessment, document review, initial preparation guidance, scheduling or another agreed service activity.
A general enquiry or payment alone does not automatically constitute commencement.
7.3 One Starting Date
Both guarantees begin on the same actual Service Commencement Date.
The 25-working-day period does not restart after the wedding ceremony.
Recording or communicating the commencement date does not postpone the actual start of either guarantee.
7.4 Covered Documentation
Before booking acceptance, the Documentation Schedule must identify each document covered by the 25-working-day guarantee.
The schedule must state:
- The document's name.
- The relevant issuing authority.
- The required format and number of copies.
- The event constituting document completion.
- Whether PSA-issued documentation is included.
- Whether authentication, apostille or translation is included.
- Any separately agreed delivery arrangements.
A locally registered marriage record and a PSA-issued certificate are distinct outputs.
Where a PSA-issued certificate is included, requesting, endorsing or submitting a record does not by itself constitute completion.
7.5 Deadline Calculations
Before the client becomes contractually bound, the booking documentation must establish the applicable counting convention, time zone, working-day calendar, public holidays and deadline rules.
The exact guarantee deadlines are recorded when the first contracted service activity actually begins.
A deadline must not be retrospectively extended merely because initial client documents were not yet complete when that first activity occurred.
7.6 Government Processes
Public authorities retain their own statutory responsibilities.
Their involvement does not automatically cancel or indefinitely extend our contractual guarantees.
We must assess and fulfil the responsibilities that remain with us under the accepted booking and applicable law.
7.7 Guarantee Remedies
If a guaranteed deadline is missed without a lawful agreed variation, the matter will be assessed under the relevant contractual commitments and applicable consumer law.
Any expressly agreed guarantee remedy applies alongside mandatory legal rights.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes, overrides or weakens either guarantee.
8. Government Authorities and Official Documents
8.1 Independent Legal Powers
The Philippine Statistics Authority, Local Civil Registrars, courts, embassies, consulates and other public institutions exercise their respective legal powers independently.
We do not control their statutory decisions.
8.2 Lawful Procedures
We do not undertake to obtain an unlawful exception, bypass an official requirement or secure a government outcome through improper influence.
8.3 Official Marriage Records
Marriage registration and official document issuance must be carried out by the competent authorities.
Our role is to provide the contracted coordination and follow-up services.
Locally registered marriage documents and PSA-issued records may involve different processing stages.
8.4 Authorisation to Obtain Documents
Where a document request requires personal identification, written authorisation or another statutory condition, that condition must be met.
A general consultancy booking does not automatically provide unrestricted access to a person's official records.
8.5 Our Own Obligations
The independence of an authority does not relieve Marriage Assistance PH of contractual responsibilities that it has expressly undertaken or obligations imposed by law.
In particular, the universal guarantees remain binding in accordance with their applicable terms.
9. Wedding Suppliers and Independent Providers
9.1 External Suppliers
Depending on the accepted package, we may coordinate with solemnising officers, venues, photographers, videographers, transport providers, accommodation operators and other relevant professionals.
9.2 Independent Professional Functions
A supplier or authorised professional may have responsibilities arising directly from the law or from a separate agreement.
Their independent legal powers remain their own.
9.3 Services We Organise
Where we undertake to arrange, manage or supply a service as part of a booking, our contractual and statutory responsibilities remain applicable.
We do not avoid responsibility merely by engaging another provider to perform the relevant work.
9.4 Independently Purchased Services
Where a client separately purchases a service directly from an unrelated provider outside our agreed package and without our undertaking to supply or manage it, we are not automatically responsible for that separate transaction.
Any responsibility arising from our own conduct remains subject to the applicable law.
9.5 Supplier Difficulties
Where an external supplier encounters difficulty, we will assess the relevant contractual responsibilities and lawful alternatives.
Supplier disruption does not automatically cancel our guarantees, justify indefinite postponement or create an undisclosed additional fee.
10. Travel, Accommodation and Regulated Packages
10.1 Services Included in Certain Packages
Some package descriptions, including High End arrangements, may include specified travel-related services such as Manila hotel accommodation, private vehicle and driver arrangements, honeymoon accommodation, island flights or local transfers.
Where advertised or agreed as part of the package, those services must be identified accurately in the contractual documents.
10.2 Contractual and Regulatory Classification
Where an advertised package includes travel services, the booking documents must identify the services, contracting parties, our legal role and the statutory protection applicable to the arrangement.
Calling an arrangement a coordination service does not determine whether it is a regulated travel package.
10.3 Travel and Immigration Documents
Clients must provide accurate travel information and satisfy applicable legal requirements concerning passports, visas and entry permission.
We do not guarantee a favourable visa, border admission or immigration decision.
Where travel-related administrative assistance is expressly included in a booking, we remain responsible for the services actually undertaken.
10.4 Package Travel Legislation
Where the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 or another mandatory travel regime applies, its statutory requirements take precedence over inconsistent general disclaimer terms.
These requirements may concern:
- Pre-contract information.
- Organiser or retailer responsibilities.
- Travel service performance.
- Cancellation and refunds.
- Insolvency protection.
- Other mandatory traveller rights.
10.5 Organiser Responsibility
Where we are legally the organiser of a regulated travel package, we remain responsible for the performance of the included travel services to the extent required by law, even if individual elements are provided by other suppliers.
10.6 ATOL and Financial Protection
Where ATOL authorisation is required, the relevant authorised arrangement must be in place before the flight-inclusive service is advertised or sold.
Any required financial protection for other regulated packages must also be established.
We do not claim that a particular ATOL licence, authorised agency arrangement or insolvency protection exists unless its status and applicability have been verified.
10.7 No Unlawful Exclusion
We will not use this Disclaimer to exclude organiser liability, statutory traveller remedies or mandatory travel protections that apply to a booking.
11. Prices, Cancellations, Refunds and Earned Fees
11.1 Contractual Payment Terms
Prices, payment schedules, deposits and additional agreed charges are governed by the relevant booking documents and our Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
An optional service is not automatically included merely because it appears elsewhere on the website.
11.2 Work Performed Before the Ceremony
Our professional services may begin before the marriage ceremony.
Depending on the agreed package, work may include document assessment, preparation guidance, scheduling, supplier coordination and other professional activities.
Such services may have legitimate economic value even if the ceremony has not yet taken place.
11.3 Ordinary Contractual Cancellation
Where a client cancels outside a statutory cooling-off right, we may be entitled to retain or recover amounts lawfully attributable to properly performed services, authorised commitments and genuine legally recoverable losses.
The amount must be fair, supportable and calculated according to the applicable contract and law.
11.4 Statutory Cooling-Off Cancellation
Where a statutory cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations applies, the special cancellation and proportionate-payment rules govern the financial consequences.
A general contractual cancellation penalty must not be added to the statutory proportionate-payment calculation where that would be unlawful.
11.5 Early Service Commencement
Where a statutory cancellation period applies and the relevant law requires an express request before early performance, we must obtain that request and provide the required cancellation information.
Where the law requires the request on a durable medium, that requirement must be satisfied.
Starting work does not automatically extinguish the statutory cancellation right.
Full performance affects that right only where the applicable statutory conditions are met.
11.6 Remedies for Our Breach
Where the client is entitled to a remedy because we fail to perform a binding obligation properly, the relevant contractual and statutory remedies apply.
An ordinary change-of-mind cancellation charge cannot be used unlawfully to defeat such a remedy.
11.7 Regulated Travel Package Cancellation
Where mandatory package travel rules apply, the relevant statutory cancellation charges, termination rights and refund provisions take precedence over the ordinary consultancy cancellation calculation.
11.8 No Double Recovery
We will not recover the same service, expense or loss twice.
Relevant supplier recoveries, cost savings and lawful mitigation of loss must be considered.
11.9 Records Supporting Lawful Claims
We may maintain and rely on appropriate records of contracted activities, client instructions, invoices, authorised supplier commitments, payment transactions and completed work.
Such records may be used to establish the services performed, assess a lawful refund or respond to a legitimate payment dispute.
The amount retained or claimed will be calculated under the cancellation regime applicable to the particular booking, as explained in our Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
12. Website Availability, Links and Technical Information
12.1 General Website Availability
We aim to provide an accessible, functional website.
Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, technical faults, network disruption or other operational circumstances.
12.2 No Absolute Availability Promise
Unless a specific undertaking is binding, we do not guarantee that public website access will be uninterrupted or free from every technical error.
This does not remove obligations that legally apply to our contracted services or data security.
12.3 External Websites
Our website may link to independent government services, communication platforms or other websites.
Such links do not necessarily indicate that we own, control or endorse those services.
12.4 Independent Content
Independent websites may change their content, procedures or terms without our involvement.
We cannot guarantee the continuing accuracy of external information that we do not control.
This provision does not exclude liability for our own misleading representations or other legally actionable conduct.
12.5 Website Security
We must comply with applicable legal obligations concerning the personal information we process and the safeguards required for relevant risks.
No website or electronic communication system can be represented as entirely risk-free.
13. Personal Information and Confidentiality
13.1 Data Protection
Our Privacy Policy describes the relevant personal data processing activities, purposes, legal grounds, categories of recipients and rights.
13.2 Identity and Marriage Records
Passport copies, marriage records and other confidential documents must be processed for legitimate purposes and subject to applicable safeguards.
13.3 Communications
Clients may contact us using our published telephone, email and WhatsApp details.
Independent messaging providers may process information through their own platforms.
We remain responsible for the processing carried out by our business.
13.4 Sensitive Document Submission
Clients should avoid sending confidential documents through an ordinary initial enquiry unless an appropriate authorised submission method has been identified.
13.5 Privacy Rights
Entering into a service agreement does not automatically waive statutory data protection rights.
14. Intellectual Property and Website Materials
14.1 Ownership of Protected Material
The website may include protected branding, photographs, text, graphics and other creative materials.
The relevant rights belong to Nexus Solutions Global Ltd. or their respective lawful owners.
14.2 Unauthorised Commercial Use
Except where permitted by law or the relevant rights holder, visitors must not commercially reproduce, distribute or exploit protected materials without appropriate permission.
14.3 Lawful Personal Use
Visitors may access and use publicly available information for lawful purposes, subject to applicable rights and restrictions.
14.4 Client Photographs and Videos
The intellectual property and permitted uses of wedding photographs, recordings and other deliverables depend on their applicable agreements and legal rights.
We do not claim automatic ownership of every third-party creative work.
14.5 Promotional Use
Purchasing a marriage service does not automatically authorise unrestricted promotional publication of a client's photographs, personal documents or testimonials.
Any such activity must have the necessary legal basis and permissions.
15. Liability and Lawful Limitations
15.1 Applicable Responsibilities
Marriage Assistance PH is responsible for the obligations arising under its contracts and applicable law.
We do not accept responsibility for a matter genuinely outside our agreed responsibilities where no separate legal duty makes us liable.
15.2 Independent Third-Party Conduct
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for a loss caused solely by an independent person or authority where the loss is not attributable to our own breach, negligence or other legal responsibility.
This does not remove responsibilities arising from services we undertook to organise or any statutory organiser obligations.
15.3 Client Fraud or Misrepresentation
Where a loss results from a client's deliberate fraud, material misrepresentation or legally actionable contractual breach, the available remedies depend on the agreement, causation and applicable law.
Any compensation claimed must be legally justified.
15.4 Assessment of Losses
Claims are assessed under the applicable rules concerning causation, foreseeability, remoteness and reasonable mitigation.
A loss is not automatically recoverable merely because it occurred after a booking.
Equally, recoverable loss is not automatically limited to the package price.
Where legally recognised, compensation may extend beyond a refund of fees, depending on the nature of the breach and the applicable legal principles.
The same loss cannot be recovered twice.
15.5 Services Outside the Booking
We are not automatically obliged to supply, finance or compensate a client for an optional or independently purchased service outside our accepted contractual responsibilities.
This does not remove liability arising from our own wrongful conduct where the law provides otherwise.
15.6 Monetary Limitations
This Disclaimer does not introduce a universal monetary cap on our liability.
Any separately agreed limitation must be transparent, fair and legally enforceable.
It must not reduce our express guarantees or mandatory consumer rights.
15.7 Liabilities We Do Not Exclude
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or restricts liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Failure to exercise reasonable care and skill where the law prohibits exclusion or restriction.
- Binding contractual service information and guarantees protected by law.
- Mandatory consumer refunds and other statutory remedies.
- Mandatory package travel responsibilities.
- Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
15.8 Binding Guarantees
Our universal 15-calendar-day marriage ceremony guarantee and 25-working-day Covered Documentation guarantee remain binding according to their terms and applicable law.
No general limitation in this document overrides them.
16. Exceptional Events and Disruption
16.1 Events Outside Reasonable Control
Serious weather events, disruptions to public services, transport problems or other exceptional circumstances may affect planned activities.
Their legal consequences depend on the circumstances, the applicable contract and relevant law.
16.2 Reasonable Response
Where such an event materially affects the booking, we will assess our obligations and consider lawful alternatives or remedies.
16.3 No Automatic Deadline Extension
Exceptional events do not automatically suspend, extend or extinguish our service guarantees.
Any variation must have a valid legal and contractual basis.
16.4 Mandatory Legal Protections
Nothing in this section excludes applicable consumer or travel rights concerning cancellation, refund, performance or compensation.
17. Policy Changes, Disputes and Governing Law
17.1 General Website Updates
We may update general informational content to reflect changes to our operations or applicable requirements.
17.2 Existing Bookings
A later website update does not retrospectively remove a binding right, service inclusion or guarantee under an accepted booking without a lawful basis and any necessary agreement.
17.3 Complaints and Disputes
Clients may raise concerns through our published contact channels.
We may request information reasonably necessary to identify the booking, understand the concern and examine relevant records.
17.4 Rights and Remedies
Nothing in this Disclaimer prevents a client from exercising a mandatory consumer right, bringing a lawful claim or seeking an appropriate independent remedy.
17.5 Governing Law
This Disclaimer is governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection provisions and other overriding legal requirements.
Philippine law remains relevant to the requirements for marriages solemnised in the Philippines.
17.6 Jurisdiction
Any contractual jurisdiction provision operates subject to mandatory rules protecting consumers and other legally applicable jurisdictional requirements.
17.7 Relationship With Other Documents
This Disclaimer must be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Where a general statement conflicts with a binding service guarantee, specific contractual obligation or mandatory legal provision, the binding obligation or applicable law prevails.
17.8 Document Version
The approved version and effective date of this Disclaimer will be recorded when it is formally adopted for publication.
The applicable version must not be used to alter an existing client's rights retrospectively.
