Marriage & Documentation Guarantee — Included in Every Package
Across all four packages — Basic, Celebration, Premium and High End — we make the following company commitments, both calculated from the same actual Service Commencement Date:
✓Marriage ceremony within 15 calendar days.
✓Completion of all required marriage-related documentation, including the final marriage certificate, within 25 working days.
Both guarantees begin on the date we first perform an agreed professional activity under the accepted booking. Contracted assessment, document review, checklist preparation or scheduling may constitute commencement. An initial enquiry or payment alone does not start either period. The actual date and both deadlines are recorded in writing; the 25-working-day period does not restart after the wedding.
These are our contractual service commitments, rather than statutory processing times promised by Philippine authorities.
Spouse and family reunification visas are excluded from the guarantee.
Their procedures and decision times depend on the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority.

1. Wedding Reception with Catering for Up to 100 Guests
High End includes the wedding ceremony, reception and catering arrangements for up to 100 guests.
Unlike Celebration and Premium, the included reception guest capacity is increased to 100.
The wedding services described under Celebration are also included.
The confirmed venue, catering arrangements and guest-count details will be specified in the written service agreement.
2. Hotel Accommodation in Central Manila
Hotel accommodation in central Manila is included for the agreed 20-working-day service period.
The hotel, exact dates, number of nights, room arrangements and booking conditions must be specified in the written confirmation.
Accommodation is for the couple.
3. Dedicated Private Vehicle & Driver
A private chauffeured vehicle is assigned to the couple for 20 working days.
This extended service is designed to assist with agreed appointments, local travel and practical arrangements during the stay.
The dedicated vehicle is for the couple, not for transporting wedding guests or other family members.
Service hours and operating arrangements must be set out in the written agreement.
4. Dedicated Personal Consultant & Local Guide
For 20 working days, the couple receives dedicated assistance from a personal consultant who also provides local guidance.
The consultant helps with:
✓Coordinating marriage-related appointments.
✓Organising the agreed practical arrangements.
✓Explaining the next stages of the process.
✓Assisting with local orientation in Manila.
✓Accompanying the couple where agreed.
✓Helping coordinate relevant local visits and arrangements during the service period.
This is both a personal coordination and local guidance service.
Where regulated tour-guiding services are required, we will arrange them through an appropriate authorised provider.
5. Three-Night, Four-Day Island Honeymoon
After the wedding, High End includes a three-night, four-day honeymoon on a beautiful island in the Philippines.
The honeymoon package includes:
✓Three nights of hotel accommodation.
✓Four days of honeymoon arrangements.
✓The couple's agreed island flights.
✓Private ground transportation during the honeymoon.
The destination and booking details will be agreed with the couple.
No particular island, resort or airline is guaranteed until confirmed in writing.
Honeymoon Exclusions
Meals during the honeymoon are not included.
Personal purchases and personal expenses during the honeymoon are not included.
Payment for High End
Total package price: USD 10,000
Required advance payment: 50% — USD 5,000
The advance payment may be made by bank transfer or in person.
Remaining balance: 50% — USD 5,000
A receipt will be provided. The payment schedule for the remaining USD 5,000 must be clearly agreed in writing.

Our 15-Day Marriage & 25-Working-Day Documentation Guarantee
Our guarantee applies to all four packages — Basic, Celebration, Premium and High End: your marriage ceremony within 15 calendar days and completion of your required marriage documents within 25 working days, subject to the written service conditions.
Your Marriage in 15 Days
We guarantee your marriage ceremony within 15 calendar days from the actual date on which we first perform an agreed service activity under your accepted booking. Applicable legal requirements must still be met.
Documents Within 25 Working Days
Our commitment includes completion of the covered marriage documentation, including the final marriage certificate specified in the Documentation Schedule, within 25 working days from that same actual Service Commencement Date. The period does not restart after the wedding.
What the Guarantee Excludes
Spouse and family reunification visas are not included. Their processing and decisions depend on the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority.
The guarantee applies to all packages. Both periods start when we actually begin contracted professional work, such as assessment, document review, checklist preparation or scheduling. An enquiry or payment alone does not establish service commencement.
This is our contractual service commitment, not a government processing-time guarantee. We record the actual common start date and both deadlines in writing. Your agreement identifies the covered documents, your responsibilities and applicable contractual remedies. You must still attend official steps requiring your personal participation.
